37 lbs and counting. Almost 10 percent my initial weight. Lord, that is fat.

I am hoping for a good week this next, as I will start working out. I expect to bulk on a few muscle lbs, but the burn is worth it.

I have lost 5 pounds in about a month- still baby weight- and my youngest just turned three.
I haven't been eating so healthy- that's my problem...but I have been working out a lot!
My goal is to lose 25 pounds by June- I guess I'd better get on that!!!

I'm down a total of 28, so close to 30, since the beginning of December.  Its not a lot, and I still have a lot to go, but I'm proud of it because I survived Christmas, New Years and my birthday without gaining any weight.

Here's to the next 50lbs!

It does not matter whether you are a theist or atheist, what matters is sincerity, forgiveness, and compassion.

I'm thinking to make this easier, we all just edit our posts as we lose more weight? It will show that we edited and of course we can note it...

congrats to everyone so far! whee!

I think I know why, but I have been threatened already so I will not say why.

I had lost like 15 lbs before the dog incident. I think it has to do with eating some of those comfort foods and not getting that half hour of exercise I used to get from walking her. So what I am trying to say is I gained back almost 10 of those pounds and it is all Mickey's fault.

Maybe SantaCow will bring you a puppy for Mickmas this year.

Yeah, we should be getting one sometime this summer.  We are going out of town for a week and July and rather then have to deal with trying to figure out what to do with a puppy we are going to just wait until after. If it wasn't for that we would have already gotten one.

I'm actually down 15 since moving to NC but I basically hibernated all winter so suspect the spring and summer will peel even more off.

Work your heavy bag for about 20 minutes every day, burns a ton of calories and relieves stress.
