When you die, your brain ceases being fed oxygen, and, in a final fit of self-preservation of ego, your consciousness responds by narrowing your perception of time. The nature of a self-aware being is to be selfish. The nature of offspring is to alienate from the parents during the teens. We are in our teens, as a species. Our God is being selfish, and enjoying some empty nest time. Later, when he is about to die, or we evolve enough to really call him or her, we'll reconnect. Until then, try to build your rapport with your siblings.
Query Three
Cloning extinct species for additional nutrition for the world is never con. That being said, if we are getting to eat anything from history, I will have a brontosaurus tenderloin, if you please. I would also like to eat a manatee. Just getting that out there. Never know when opportunity will knock.
