Pilgrimage to HAWTNESS!

Maybe public encouragement/ridicule will keep me motivated. We'll see.

Not at all.

The secret to losing a lot of weight quickly, in the beginning, is to be a ridiculous, non-exercising, fat-ass with terrible eating habits to start with.

I rule in that regard Smiley

Rest assured that this week will not be typical.

The secret to losing a lot of weight quickly, in the beginning, is Mexican Tapeworms.

Today was my first weight watchers day. On-line, no meetings, I am too...um..flawed to do meetings well.

Danactive probiotic drink for brekky, Mall steak salad for lunch, string cheese snack and then pork cutlets with lemon-mushroom sauce, 1/2 cup brown rice and one cup of English peas. I have enough points left for one more glass of wine today!

I'm doing Weight Watchers also. Have you done the program in the past? I'm doing it at home as I can't afford to go to meetings.

I'm doing it on line since I refuse to attend meetings! They have a special right now of 3 months, no sign up fee, about $53.
The point calculator and tracker are the best things so far. The menu planner leaves a lot to be desired...
The best things I've learned so far: most vegetables have zero points (but I need stuff on some of them!), string cheese is 2 points per stick and white wine is two points per serving!

I've been doing the program on and off for the last 4 years. I'm down 65 pounds overall. If you go to one of the offices they have the meetings, they have the books that have all the points values, journals, snacks, and other goodies. I love their 1 point bars. The cookies & cream and really good. They also have these brownie bars that are 2 points. Those are sinful. They also have a points calculator that you can carry with you.

I've never used the menu planner. You are better off going through and planning your own meals. I usually do that the night before. Fiber One products are fairly low in points. The bars are 2 points, yogurt is 0 points, etc.
