This was a strange story to me. Not only because she was young and seemingly healthy, but because it bothered me more than I thought it would have. She's not exactly my favorite actress of all time but when I heard the news I froze and was in a fog for a number of minutes. I'm still not sure why I cared that much. I find these kinds of reactions to be very interesting.
I completely relate to that. It's not like I walked around every minute thinking about her but really enjoyed her performances. In her case, I think maybe she was fooled by the legal drugs, coupled with pretty strong evidence of being a frequent coke user.
She probably felt invincible at 32. I realize the husband claimed most the Rx's to be his and that drugs were not necessarily THE cause of death but all you have to do is see what happened to that once bright, full of life face...Maybe it wouldn't have done any good but wouldn't you think that the doctor would have mentioned her size to her.
Fit and slender are attractive to most people, anemic and pale, verge of collapse, not so much. I think on and illogical level, it's natural to feel like some people in the public eye vanished too soon, like Less Paul at 96
